Women Weaving Change Services This agreement applies as between you, the user of this Website and the owners Vanessa Tucker and Christa Mackinnon, trading as Women Weaving Change.com
Women Weaving Change.com offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Intellectual Property
No material from the Website may be re-used without written permission. All content included on the website, unless uploaded by Users, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of Women Weaving Change.com, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable United Kingdom and International intellectual property and other laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the Website unless otherwise indicated on the website or unless given express written permission to do so by Christa Mackinnon or Vanessa Tucker.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or re-use any course- and teaching materials - written or recorded - given to you, or recorded, during training courses / workshops or retreats unless given written permission by Vanessa Tucker or Christa Mackinnon
Medical and mental health conditions
If you have any medical or mental health condition that might be contra-indicative to attending our workshops / courses / retreats you must discuss this with us before enrolling. This applies especially if you have received psychiatric treatment or are on anti-depressants or anti-anxiety medication, suffer from high blood pressure, severe heart issues or are allergic to any foods that might be served at residential retreats or cacao that might be used during a cacao ceremony.
All courses / workshops / retreats are attended at the participants own risk and they take full responsibility for their welfare. Participants are responsible for monitoring their psychological, emotional and physical health and progressing at their own pace when participating in any exercises such as; movement, dance, shamanic techniques and eco therapy, but not limited to, that Women Weaving Change provide. Woman Weaving Change cannot be held liable for personal injury.
Termination and Cancellation for Services
Cancellation by you - Retreats, Workshops & Courses: Should you wish to cancel a retreat, workshop or training course -online or live - that you have booked, the person who booked must contact us immediately in writing to vanessagtucker@gmail.com or christamackinnon@gmail.com
In all cases, we will retain the non-refundable deposit taken at the time of booking. If cancellation is less than six weeks before the start date of your booked retreat, workshop or course, there will be no refund.
Course fees are non-refundable once the course/ workshop / retreat has started.
Cancellation by us: If WomenWeavingChange.com - or one of our associates - has to cancel a retreat/workshop/course or rearrange dates, you will be offered to transfer to the new dates. If you cannot attend the new dates then you will be offered a full refund for all the remaining days of your course or workshop.
In the unlikely extreme circumstance that WomenWeavingChange.com has to cancel a workshop / course / retreat the full fees of the course / workshop / retreat will be refunded. Should the course / workshop or retreat involve travel or accommodation costs, outside the costs for travel and accommodation included in the course fees, students are responsible to cover the costs. (We strongly suggest that you acquire travel insurance to cover any situation that may arise, such as change of ticket dates, sickness, family, etc.)
An exception to WomenWeavingChange.com being held liable for a cancellation, is when an ‘act of God’ or ‘Force Majeure’, such as extreme weather conditions; a tsunami, a pandemic, an international emergency, or other uncontrollable unforeseen incidents, but not limited to, have happened. Christa Mackinnon and associates cannot be held liable or responsible for circumstances beyond its control.
Covid regulations / laws / guidelines:
Training providers have to act in the best health interest of all participants of a course / workshop / retreat and are required to apply Covid regulations / guidelines and laws. Should this become necessary women WeavingChange.com reserves the right to re-schedule courses / retreats / workshops or change the locations and mode of delivery in accordance with such regulations or guidelines.
Confidentiality
All students are asked to treat contributions of other participants in courses / workshops / retreats as confidential unless explicit permission to do otherwise is obtained. Email conversations between the provider – Christa Mackinnon, Vanessa Tucker and associates – and students / participants will also be treated confidentially, unless the emails conversations are directed at the entire group.
Agreement
By booking a course / retreat or workshop you agree to the above terms and conditions.
